Animals on the railway in Welshpool caused delays to train services yesterday afternoon (Wednesday).
Railway passengers travelling along the Cambrian Line were told to expect travel disruption.
Transport for Wales said: "Due to animals on the railway at Welshpool trains have to run at reduced speed.
"Train services through this station may be subject to disruption on all routes."
The delays to railway services in Welshpool is expected to last until 5.30pm today (Wednesday).
