THE inquest into the death of a Clun man in his farm has been adjourned by a coroner.
David Richard Thomas was originally from Knighton and was working on his farm and died on Sunday, November 13, from injuries he received following a fall.
The inquest was opened and adjourned in Shirehall in Shrewsbury by the chief coroner for Shropshire Telford and Wrekin, John Ellery.
Mr Thomas fell on Saturday, November 12 and was then taken to hospital.
Mr Ellery said: "He fell from a height which caused significant injuries.
"The air ambulance, paramedics and police came to the scene.
"He was taken by air ambulance to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham.
"He passed away from his injuries. Police confirmed the death was not suspicious."
Mr Ellery adjourned the inquest to Thursday, February 16, 2023.
