A POWYS man whose dog has been accused of worrying livestock has been charged with multiple offences.
Ronald William Robinson is due to appear at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates’ Court in April, charged with four offences.
It is said he was the owner of a dog worrying livestock in the Pantydwr area, near Rhayader, on two separate occasions last September.
The offences are said to have occurred on September 5 and September 11.
Robinson, of Cae Cethin, Pantydwr, had been due to appear in court on Wednesday, March 29, but failed to attend the hearing; magistrates were told he had forgotten about the court date.
His case is to be adjourned for two weeks; Robinson must attend on the next occasion, set for April 12.
