Grevodig, Vronganllwyd and Ddole Farms, plus Cwmllechwedd Fawr, near Llanbister are up for sale as a whole or as eight separated lots.
Estate agents Strutt and Parker who are handling the sale say the property is “a substantial and versatile arable and stock farm in mid Wales with operational broiler unit for up to 228,000 birds, offering significant potential for agricultural and alternative land uses.”
The main house on the farm Cwmllechwedd Fawr is described as “an imposing well-positioned country house considered the principal house in the area, set in an elevated position with far-reaching views over the valley below and hills beyond.”
The house comes with about 15.6 acres and includes a one-bedroom detached cottage and a range of traditional and modern farm buildings. The house sits well in generous attractive gardens including an orchard, former kitchen garden with timber frame glasshouse and a nature garden.
