THE POPULAR Llangollen Food Festival will be returning this month - in a new location.
The annual event regularly attracts thousands of hungry visitors from across the UK looking to sample both new and traditional experiences in food and drink.
Last year's move away from the town’s International Pavilion, to a variety of venues in the centre of Llangollen proved to be a 'huge success'.
The town hall, Gales Wine Bar, Llangollen Railway and the town centre all had some part to play in last year's festival as close to 40 stand-holders showed off their mouth-watering products.
But, this year's festival will once again feature a brand new location for guests to enjoy.
Organisers say that the Riverside Park will host an 'incredible musical line up' alongside the tasty treats on offer.
This year's festival will be taking place on the weekend of October 14 and 15 with gates open between 10am and 6pm.
A statement from the Llangollen Food Festival team added: "Get ready to savour the flavours and soak in the sounds in a stunning new location! This year, the food festival is making a splash (not literally!!) at Riverside Park, and we couldn't be more thrilled.
"Bandstand at Riverside Park: We'll have an incredible musical line up that'll keep you dancing all day long. Get ready for an unforgettable music experience right by the riverside!
The scenic Riverside Park will be the home of this year's Llangollen Food Festival.
"Food Truck Haven: Adjacent to the bandstand, discover the culinary delights from our fantastic food trucks. From mouth watering burgers to gourmet halloumi fries, we've got your cravings covered!
"And if you're in need of a refreshing drink to go with the beats? We've got a dedicated bar area serving up your favourite beverages. Raise a toast to good food and great music!
"Take a Stroll Along the River: While enjoying the tunes and treats, take a leisurely walk along the picturesque riverbank. It's the perfect way to explore the festival's musical and culinary offerings while soaking in the natural beauty of the River Dee.
"Mark your calendars and invite your friends for a day of riverside revelry, delicious food, and incredible music."
